BREAD SALAD

 

1 loaf of Italian or Sourdough bread (crusty)

Pinch of salt and pepper

½ - ¾ cup olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 ripe plum tomatoes

1 Tbsp. fresh basil

 

Cut out middle of bread, cube it.  Mix all ingredients together.  Serve promptly.
