Here's a sweet side dish that tastes great with ham:

 

Baked Pineapple:

 

1 can crushed pineapple

2 eggs (beaten)

3/4 cup sugar

2 Tablespoons (heaping) of cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup of water

 

Use a greased corning dish with lid.  Mix eggs and sugar by hand in dish until well-blended.  Add pineapple and then mix in the cornstarch mixture.  Dot all over the top with a little butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.  Bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
