CRAB MUFFINS

12 English Muffins
(24 halves)
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 jar of Old English
cheese
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 stick margarine
1 can fancy crabmeat,
rinse & squeeze in hand to drain
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
Mix the above and
spread onto English muffin halves.
Place tray in freezer for about ½ hour, then cut in half. Put back in freezer until frozen then can be
placed into bag. Broil until golden
brown to serve.
