CREAMY CRAB DIP
½ cup dairy sour
cream
¼ tsp seasoned salt
½ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 (3 oz) pkg cream
cheese at room temperature
3 or 4 drops hot
pepper sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire
sauce
1 (6 oz) can crab
meat, drained, flaked
1 garlic clove, crushed
Potato chips or corn
chips for dipping
In a medium bowl,
combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic,
seasoned salt, lemon juice and hot pepper sauce until blended. Stir in crabmeat. Refrigerate 3-4 hours before serving to blend flavors. Serve cold with chips for dipping.
