Chicken Casserole

 

2 ½ cups cooked chicken

1 tsp. minced onion

1 cup diced celery

1 tsp. lemon

1 cup cooked rice

1 tsp. salt

¾ cup mayonnaise

½ cup sliced almonds

1 cup sliced water chestnuts

2 ½ cups corn flakes

1 can cream of chicken soup

 

Mix all ingredients, except almonds, ½ lb. margarine and cornflakes.  Saute almonds, margarine and corn flakes.  Spread over chicken mixture.  Bake in 9 x 13 pan for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
