Chicken Pieces, Rice, Celery & Oranges

 

Skin chicken pieces.  Butter casserole or 9 x 9 glass dish.  Dot celery in pan, put chicken pieces on celery and sprinkle garlic powder on chicken.  Add ½ tsp. of ginger to ½ can of diluted celery soup.  Pour over chicken.  Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees.

 

Add ¼ cup celery and a small can of mandarin oranges.  Put 1 cup of cooked rice in 9 x 9 glass dish.  Place cooked chicken on rice.  Cover with mandarin oranges and ½ cup chopped celery.  Bake 15 minutes longer, uncovered.
