Chicken Quick and Easy

 

 

Boneless chicken breasts or chicken pieces

Dried beef

Cream of chicken soup

Sour cream

 

Spray 13 x 9 pan with Pam.  Layer dried beef on bottom, place chicken on top, mix soup and sour cream – 1 can to 8 oz. sour cream (if you like a lot of extra sauce, top with extra sour cream and soup).  Pour over chicken and bake uncovered at 275 degrees for 2 ½ hours, 250 degrees for 3-4 hours OR 350 degrees for 1 hour.  The long slot bake produces tender, juicy chicken.  Serve with rice or noodles.  Delicious.
