Chinese Salad

 

1 head cabbage chopped

1 green onion sliced with tops

2 packages ramen noodles

3 oz toasted sliced almonds

4 T sesame seeds or sunflower seeds toasted

 

         Dressing

¾ cup salad oil

1/3 cup vinegar

         (might have to adjust oil & vinegar depending on size of cabbage)

1 t salt & pepper

5 t sugar or 3 packages equal

1 package of seasoning from noodles.

 

Mix cabbage, oinions & dressing – put in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.  Add rest of ingredients – salt & pepper, 5 t sugar (or equal) and seasoning from noodles.

 

Crumble Ramen Noodles, almonds, sesame seeds 1 hour before eating – Good for picnics.
