HAM SALAD

 

1 lb. ham

3 Tbsp. Sweet relish

¾ cup mayonnaise

6 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese

 

Cut ham into cubes and put into food processor for fine texture.  In a bowl, mix ham with remaining ingredients.  Form into one large ball.  Chill for 1 hour.

 

1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened or use cheese in tub.

 

Spread carefully and evenly over chilled ham ball.  Garnish with chopped nuts, green olives, etc.  Serve with your favorite cracker.
