HOT CRAB APPETIZERS
Cream well:
1 stick butter
1 tsp. garlic salt (or more, to taste)
1 jar Kraft Old English sharp cheese
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Rinse and squeeze the moisture from 6-8 oz
frozen crab and stir into creamed mixture.
Spread on English Muffin halves and freeze on cookie sheets. Once frozen, but into quarters and store
frozen in plastic bags until ready to use.
Place on cookie sheets, mixture side up and broil 3-5 minutes until
light golden brown and sizzling.
