PEPPERONI CHEESE BALL

1 10” – 12” piece of pepperoni, peeled and cubed

In food processor, shred the pepperoni. Add to it:

2 8 oz. pkgs. of cream cheese, cubed

Process together until well incorporated. Form mixture into a ball and serve with crackers of your choice.
