SALMON PINWHEELS

 

1 can salmon

2 tsp. parsley or cilantro

1 8 oz. cream cheese

¼ tsp cumin

4 Tbsp salsa

8 soft tortillas

 

Mix first 5 ingredients.  Spread on tortilla.  Roll up like jelly roll.  Wrap in waxed paper or plastic wrap.  Chill 3 or 4 hours or overnight.  Slice making pinwheels.
