SHORT RIBS PACIFIC STYLE
3-4 lbs. beef short ribs
1 onion chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
2/3 cup ketchup
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
2 Tbsp brown sugar
Place ribs in skillet and brown. Transfer to crockpot. Saute onion in butter until golden. Pour in ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar and
brown sugar. Heat until blended. Pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. Makes 4 servings.
