Spinach Casserole

2 pkg frozen chopped spinach – defrost and drain very
well
Add 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese softened
Add ½ stick butter softened
Add rind of lemon, grated
Mix all ingredients together – place in small baking
dish. Spread herbed bread, crumbs on
top with the another ½ stick of butter.
Bake at 350 for ½ hours.
