Sugar Free and Fat Free Orange Cheesecake

 

2 squares of graham crackers, crushed

1 pkg. of sugar-free orange jello or any flavor

2/3 cup boiling water

1 8 oz. pkg. fat-free cream cheese, softened

1 cup fat-free cottage cheese

2 cups fat-free Cool Whip topping

 

Dissolve jello in boiling water, cool 5 minutes.   Crush graham crackers and lightly spray the bottom of 8 X 8 inch pan with Pam.   Sprinkle graham crackers over sprayed area.   Pour cooled jello into blender, add cheeses and blend on medium speed until creamy.  Pour mixture into large bowl, add topping and mix gently until well blended. 

 

Gently pour into prepared pan and chill for 4 hours or overnight.
