UPSIDE-DOWN PIZZA

 

1 pkg. crescent rolls (in tube)            2 c. Ragu spaghetti sauce

2 c. green pepper, chopped                1 clove garlic

2 c. celery, chopped                            1 lb. roll turkey sausage

2 c. onions, chopped                            1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

 

     Spray a 9 x 13-inch  baking dish with Pam or any vegetable spray.  Set aside.  Brown sausage in heavy skillet with garlic.  Remove from skillet.  In same skillet, add all vegetables; saute for 5 minutes.

 

     Put browned meat in baking dish.  Put vegetables over meat.  Top with spaghetti sauce.  Sprinkle evenly with Mozzarella cheese.  Unroll crescent rolls and place on top of cheese.  Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
